Here’s the process when placing an order:

  1. You’ll receive an email confirming placement of your Navdy order
  2. Your payment method will be charged when you place your order
  3. When your order ships you’ll receive another email with tracking information

 

Which countries do you ship to?

Navdy ships new orders to the following countries at this time:

  • United States of America
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Singapore

Pre-orders will still be fulfilled as previously communicated in our backer emails. If you have any questions about your pre-order please contact Navdy Support.

 

How will you ship my order?

We will ship your order via UPS.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?


 

 

What shipping speeds do you offer?

We offer two domestic shipping levels in the USA:

  • UPS 3 Day
  • UPS Next Day Air

We offer two international shipping levels for orders destined outside of the USA:

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited
  • UPS Worldwide Express

 

Is a signature required on delivery?

No. But if you have a business address where someone is available to accept an order on weekdays, please consider using it as your shipping address.

 

How much does shipping cost?

  • UPS 3 Day - FREE
  • UPS Next Day Air - $29
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited - $30
  • UPS Worldwide Express - Varies (view during checkout process)

 

Am I responsible for shipment customs and duty fees?

Navdy is not responsible for any customs, duty, or tax fees you may incur upon delivery. Please consult your national customs office for specific duties, customs, and tax rates. 

 

Do you ship to APO, FPO, DPO, or PO Box addresses?

No. We don't ship to APO, FPO, DPO, or PO Box addresses.

 

How do I know if my order has been placed and is confirmed?

You’ll receive an email confirming your order. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam / junk folder. If you still don’t see the email, please reach out to Navdy Support and we'll confirm the status of your order.

 

How will I know when my order ships?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from orders@navdy.com when your order is ready to ship. This email will include your tracking details and Getting Started tips to review while you wait for your order to arrive.
