How do I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed it's sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be modified. This includes order cancellations, changing the form of payment, and/or updating your billing or shipping address.

If you no longer wish to receive your order, simply refuse the package upon delivery or contact Navdy Support for a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA).
