Trip Options

While you navigate to a destination, utilize Trip Options to quickly modify your route's features, end a route, or report a routing issue.

 

To View & Select Trip Options

  1. Tap the dial
  2. Rotate the dial counter clockwise and select Active Trip
  3. Rotate the dial clockwise and select the desired option 

 

Trip Options include

 

Trip Option: Description: Displayed As:
Mute Turn By Turn Audio Select to mute turn by turn audio Mute__TBT.jpg
Unmute Turn By Turn Audio Select to enable turn by turn audio Unmute_TBT.jpg
End Trip End the current trip you're routing to End_Trip.jpg
Report Issue Report a routing or map issue with Navdy Report_Issue.jpg

 

Reporting An Issue

If you experience irregularities with your route, the ETA is inaccurate, the road is out of date, or the like please report this with us. Reporting instances of irregularities will help us make Navdy better for you and other customers. To report an issue:

  1. Tap the dial
  2. Rotate the dial counter clockwise and select Active Trip
  3. Rotate the dial clockwise and select Report Issue
  4. Select the applicable issue

 

Report An Issue Option: Description: Displayed As:
ETA Inaccurate Submit this issue if you notice your ETA is inaccurate ETA_Inaccurate.jpg
Not the fastest route Submit this issue if you are provided with an inaccurate route or inefficient route Not_the_fastest_route.jpg
Road blocked (temporary closure) Submit this issue if you notice a temporary lane or road closure due to construction Road_blocked.jpg
Can't make turn Submit this issue if you are directed down a road in the wrong direction Can_t_make_turn.jpg
Wrong road name Submit this issue if you notice a road has been incorrectly named wrong_road_nane.jpg
Permanent closure Submit this issue if the road has been permanently closed permanent_closure.jpg
Other Submit this issue if there is no other description that matches the issue you noticed Other.jpg
